BICERIN SECONDO LAVAZZA
Bicerin, the traditional recipe from Turin made of coffee, liquid cream and chocolate, is reinterpreted in an ironic, modern key. A cool Cremespresso Lavazza — a cappuccino-flavoured “sorbet” — is added to a hot chocolate base. Two temperatures — hot and cold — but one texture, for a flavourful experience where a straw is de rigueur.
It is a soft and dense Cappuccino, which perfectly combines Lavazza Cremespresso with the siphon technique. The result is a soft and dense cappuccino-flavored mousse, before being tasted it is sprinkled with high quality bitter cocoa.
