NAMING. The name describes the plantation’s exact location relative to the equator.

BOP. This Bolivian natural arabica is cultivated under the watchful eye of the Los Rodriguez family – only the ripest cherries are picked to be placed on african beds for drying porpuses. Each bean is turned every 30 minuts, ensuring uniform dryness and moisture levels, then further processed at a constant temperature in custom designed stationary driers. The result: a characteristically clear, floral brew, with notes of passion fruit, vanilla and tangerine.
